    Brenda oooo...
One of the best things to happen to me in 2026 was the close mentorship I had with Brenda Okorogba when I applied for the creative girls mentorship and got paired with Brenda, we met every week and I was always looking forward to the next meeting,I have learnt a lot in such a short while you know, she's like a walking Encyclopedia that knows something about every topic, I have been forced for my own good though to improve various parts of my life from career to shaping my mind to my social impact work, personal branding, executive presence ..... Brenda will break it down for you and explain deeply, she will motivate you as well no pampering though we don't do that here, the feedbacks from her are constructive and precise. Some of the topics I really loved was on personal branding, I kid you not I have never heard or seen personal branding broken down like that in my life, very practical and realistic. Then the AI leveraging, I use AI but Brenda is on another level. Above all she has impacted me greatly, I have seen her work she has shown me some of her projects especially the ones on grants writing we had a session on grants writing as well that was very impactful as well especially for my initiative, I have seen the impact she has made on so many lives, from her twitter days to where God has placed her now and I believe this is just the beginning for her many more to come by the grace of the Lord. Thanks a bunch Brenda.

Being part of the inaugural LearnWithBren Fellowship cohort has been a genuinely transformative experience. Coming in as a hospitality professional, I wasn't sure what new ground there was left to cover — and that assumption was quickly challenged.
The fellowship pushed me to look inward in ways that purely technical training never does. Through exercises like the DIG file and the emotional intelligence reflection, I began to see my career not just as a timeline of roles, but as a documented story of impact, journey, resilience, and growth. That shift in perspective alone has been invaluable as I navigate the next chapter of my career.
The leadership behaviour action plan was particularly grounding — it gave me a practical framework to carry forward, not just ideas to sit with. And Bren's ability to hold space for honest self-examination while keeping the energy of the cohort warm and encouraging made all the difference.
To anyone considering the LearnWithBren Fellowship: come ready to be honest with yourself. The community is worth it, and the growth is real.

So far, my experience with the LearnWithBren Fellowship has been amazing. Even though the fellowship is still ongoing, I can already see how much it has influenced the way I think, learn, and approach my personal and professional growth.

One of the things I have enjoyed most is the range of topics we have explored. From systems thinking and design thinking to leveraging AI for good, leadership, personal branding, career development, and innovation, every session has introduced me to new ways of looking at problems and creating solutions.

I also appreciate that the fellowship goes beyond theory. The practical assignments, discussions, feedback, and projects have encouraged me to apply what I am learning rather than simply consume information. It has pushed me to think more critically, ask better questions, and be more intentional about the kind of impact I want to make.

Another highlight has been the community. Being surrounded by people with different experiences, perspectives, and aspirations has made the learning even more valuable.

Most importantly, the fellowship has reminded me that growth is not just about acquiring new skills. It is also about developing the mindset, confidence, relationships, and clarity needed to put those skills to meaningful use.

I am genuinely grateful for the experience so far and excited about what the rest of the fellowship holds. There is still more to learn, but the journey has already been incredibly worthwhile.
