Organizational Alignment & Integration

Our help ensures that you meet the diverse needs of those you serve, both inside and outside your organization.
Once you have created your strategic plan the challenging and complex journey of implementation begins. Remember your strategic plan will never move forward unless you intentionally and regularly tie together these ten components of organizational alignment and integration.

*Alignment may be defined as the proper positioning of parts (strategies, programs, events, services, ministries, etc.) to achieve an overall objective.

*Integration may be defined as the combination of two or more previously segregated or disparate parts into one unified system.

To successfully implement your organization's strategic plans, you must constantly be aligning and integrating the plan into the organization through ten components: Goals, Tactics, Processes and Systems, the Budget, Team Structure, Values, Leadership Development, a Communication Plan, Tracking and Measures, and Reporting and Accountability.

Advisor Activation Package

This package is for only clients who have previously completed a comprehensive consulting program with us and includes ongoing strategic advisory, partnership development and support services. Typically includes once a month check-in meetings to review all aspects of the business and offer insights and feedback on current and long-term business operations, marketing, sales, business development, partnerships and more.

The advisory services agreement and ongoing Client financial investment allows us to specifically set aside time and resources to continually assist client with introductions to vendors, strategic partners and more to make sure the client’s business objectives are surpassed each month.

Being on a paid activation package plan with us allows for you and your company to be top of mind and for us to be able to bring solutions and introductions to you on an ongoing consistent basis. We are proud to have most of our previous consulting clients on this plan because of the previous results and ongoing current value we provide.

Business Development & Strategy Consulting

Clarity Coaching

This 90 minutes session provides practical new thinking and skill-building around questioning and mindset management. It is presented through models, stories and examples, reflective exercises, journaling, and practice assignments.

We designed a "KNOWING WHO I AM" Thinking material that is foundational for any life application (business, career, relationship, parenting, mental health, personal and professional development, finance, marriage, etc.). It aligns with and supports emotional intelligence and positive psychology. In this course, participants will learn the distinction between asking questions and using questions to gain clarity.

I was part of the Free Learnwithbren Cohort 1 (January–March 2023), and it was a truly valuable learning experience. During the program, I gained practical professional skills such as effective communication, presentation techniques, personal branding, and interview preparation.

The learning environment was supportive and focused on real growth. The sessions helped me strengthen my interview skills and build confidence in presenting my ideas clearly.
