Brenda is an amazing, highly skilled young woman, her dedication and drive to bring sustainable, positive change is remarkable. We met in Eswatini where Brenda was volunteering with Crossroads International and even though she left the country a year ago, we are still in communication as Brenda is truly dedicated to helping our network grow and develop and she consistently sends us funding opportunities which match our economic empowerment mandate for women and youth.

I met Bren at the time of my life where I wasn't even sure of what I wanted to do or the capacity I had. Bren saw beyond all of that and took a chance on me. When I launched my very first coaching program, I still remember Bren staying up all night to support me in developing the curriculum. That moment shaped my thinking, how I saw myself and the value I had to offer to the world. It also transformed my thinking and became the catalyst for my growth and since then I've continued to support thousands of young professionals across the globe as a career coach and mentor.
